By creating an account or using What's 4 Dinner? (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

What's 4 Dinner? is an AI-powered meal planning application that helps users generate personalized weekly meal plans, consolidated grocery lists, and links to third-party grocery stores. Meal suggestions, prices, and nutrition estimates are for informational purposes only.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers a 7-day free trial followed by a $8/month subscription. Billing is handled by Stripe.

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled
• You can cancel at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice

Important: What's 4 Dinner? provides meal suggestions for informational purposes only. We are not nutritionists, dietitians, or medical professionals.

• You are responsible for verifying ingredient safety for allergies
• Nutrition estimates are approximate, not medical advice
• Consult a healthcare provider for specific dietary concerns
• Follow safe food handling and cooking practices

6. Third-Party Grocery Stores

Grocery checkout links to Walmart, Instacart, Kroger, and other retailers are provided for convenience. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these retailers unless otherwise stated. Prices shown in the app are estimates; actual prices at checkout may differ.

7. User Content

If you create custom recipes or share meal plans, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display it within your account. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you create.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or harvest data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the prior 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where we are based.
